Dear Mr. Gray,

I am afraid that I will not be able to meet with you today as I previously planned. I do apologise if this causes any sort of inconvenience for you. However, I have arranged for you to speak with another Head Council member, Constance Alexie. She is very wise and has agreed to show you where the generators are being kept. Please meet her at the Town Hall at 11 AM.
